These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of D-education's WhatsApp business messaging service and related digital channels operated by D-education ("we", "us", "the Company").
By messaging us via WhatsApp or using our digital services, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
D-education provides educational consulting, enrollment assistance, and support to students interested in higher education programs. We communicate with prospective and current students primarily via WhatsApp Business.
You agree to: provide accurate information; not send spam, harassment, or illegal content; not attempt to disrupt or abuse our messaging systems; comply with WhatsApp's own Terms of Service.
By initiating conversation with us, you consent to receive replies and follow-up messages related to your inquiry. We will not send marketing messages outside the context of your active inquiry.
All content shared by D-education (including program brochures, syllabi, pricing information) remains the property of D-education or its educational partners. You may not redistribute without permission.
If you enroll in a program through our service, separate payment terms apply per our enrollment agreement, including: tuition fees, deposit requirements (typically 100,000 KZT non-refundable), and payment schedules per semester.
D-education provides information about educational programs to the best of our knowledge. Final enrollment decisions, university acceptance, visa requirements, and program outcomes are subject to the policies of partner institutions and applicable authorities.
We reserve the right to stop responding to messages from users who violate these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
